Refund policy
Here at Sakura Soap Studio, we are proud of the high quality of our products, and hope you love our products just as much as we do once you've tried them. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests for refund are reviewed on a case by case basis. Please send us an email outlining the circumstances of your request. If we deem that you are eligible for a refund, the items must be returned to our PO Box.
Reactions to Products
Sakura Soap Studio is not liable for individual reactions to particular ingredients. We highly recommend that you read our ingredient lists carefully prior to purchasing and follow the appropriate directions for use. Each product page lists all the potential allergens that may be present in each product. We also recommend conducting a patch test prior to first use if you have a history of skin sensitivity. Please discontinue use if a reaction occurs.
Faulty or Broken Packaging
Each item is inspected prior to leaving us and we pack them carefully to ensure they arrive to you safely. However, we will provide a store credit should a product arrive broken.
Change of Mind
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). If you would like a trial or sample, please reach out via email for a sample and we can send one out to you at the cost of postage.
All returned products will be checked and tested before a refund can be processed. Processing time of a refund may take up to 20 business days. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
